At various times throughout the year KTTC honors an outstanding member with the Member of the Month Award. This honor goes to a member of the organization who has performed distinguished work in the field of Thoroughbred racing. The honoree receives a commemorative plaque from KTTC and is archived on the KTTC web site as an example of racing's talented young fans.

KTTC Member of the Month June 2002

Ali has been a KTTC member for several years and has attended various Road Trips including the Santa Anita Derby '02 at her "home" track Santa Anita Park.

In addition to her active membership in KTTC Ali is a talented artist who already has sold several of her drawings. Her latest work is a drawing of Seattle Slew, in honor of the Triple Crown winner's memory.

Ali's work has appeared in the Look Here section of the KTTC web site since it was originally designed and she continues to add to her collection.
