JOIN KTTC AT THE BREEDERS' CUP

It's getting to be that time of year again when racing's biggest stars meet and compete. KTTC members and parents are invited to join Kids to the Cup at Belmont Park for two great days of racing, including the 2005 Breeders' Cup.

• Dates:

  • Friday, October 28 and Saturday, October 29

  Time:

  • Kids to the Cup members and parents will meet Friday morning at 7:30 a.m. to attend morning workouts and stable tour at Belmont Park.

  Where:

  • Belmont Park in Elmont, NY

  What:

  • Watch morning workouts.
  • Tour the Belmont Park barn area to meet Breeders' Cup trainers, owners, horses and jockeys.
  • Spend Friday and Saturday afternoons at the races. Kids to the Cup members and parents enjoy general admission to the races on both days (no seating on Saturday, October 29).

  Cost:

  • Events are Free to KTTC members and parents
  • Donations accepted

  Sign Up:

  Deadline:

  • Sign up for the Breeders' Cup Road Trip by October 14.
  • Space is limited, so act now.

WIN TICKETS TO THE BREEDERS' CUP

KTTC members can win two great seats (member and parent or guardian) to this year's Breeders' Cup at Belmont Park in KTTC's Sixth annual Triple Crown Essay Competition.

1. Join KTTC , if you're not already a member. The Triple Crown Essay Competition is open to any KTTC member in good standing who has not won tickets in a KTTC-sponsored competition since September 2004.
2. Write an essay of 600 words or less on the topic "I want to attend a Breeder's Cup race because..."
3. E-mail the essay to racingman@netzero.net or send by U.S. mail to:

2. Essays will be judged on content and presentation. Winners will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone. Judges' decisions are final.
3. A parent or legal guardian must accompany each winning KTTC member
